But months later, I stood in front of a closed door.
And deep down, I already knew:
Sometimes something shuts down outside of you…
so you can finally come home to yourself.

Today I live in the Netherlands – a different house, a different lifestyle.
No more garden, but a balcony.
No more island feeling, but something deeper:
Peace. Self-love. Strength.

I sip my wine on the balcony, read in bed, and feel:
I finally have peace of mind.

Luxury is not what you own.
